"How do I know that Deal Finder Really WORKS????"
We thought it was obvious if you did your own comps on some of the properties (which we assumed you might do to see for your selves) but maybe its not as obvious as we thought.
So we thought it would be a good idea to give you some details that might be easier to verify. We went back in our property reports and checked on every property we identified as a DEAL. We then checked on the Sold status and reported on all the properties that we identified and were sold.
The Average report sold percentage is 22.1 %
with an average of 33.2 Days on Market
We think the results are amazing, over the past 90 days less 30 for approximate time to close, we found that on average a whooping 22% of the deals we identified SOLD with an AVERAGE of 33 Days on the Market! The dates of the reports are from Aug 14, 2007 thru Oct 23, 2007 which is the last report date that has any reported properties sold (30 days back)
Take a look for yourself, we identified the properties by MLS# with the Deal percentage we said it was listed at along with the List/Sold prices, date of closing and the Days on Market.
